Contracts of EUR 57.38mn in 2025 for Oil Terminal

The operator of the oil terminal in the Port of Constanta, Oil Terminal, has already signed contracts for 2025 that guarantee similar revenues to those of 2023.

With a total value of RON 290.70 million (EUR 57.38 million), the contracts cover the period from January 1 to December 31, 2025, and involve partnerships with strategic clients.

The most valuable contract, signed with Lukoil Romania, amounts to RON 78.00 million (EUR 15.66 million). The company has also struck important deals with other oil industry players, including OMV Petrom: RON 72.2 million (EUR 14.50 million), Oscar Downstream: RON 68 million (EUR 13.65 million), Euronova Energies: RON 36.5 million (EUR 7.33 million) and Vitol Geneva: RON 36 million (EUR 7.23 million).

Although the aggregate contract value for 2025 is almost 17% lower than the revenue earned in 2023, Oil Terminal continues to maintain a strong market position.

In 2023, the company’s revenues approached the RON 350 million threshold, a performance that was maintained in the first three quarters of last year.

Oil Terminal is the operator of the national terminal in the Port of Constanta, being controlled by the Romanian state through the Ministry of Energy, which owns 87.76% of the shares.

Listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, the company has a market capitalization of RON 370.15 million (EUR 74.34 million), according to the latest closing price of RON 0.1235/share. Despite the slight decrease in projected revenues, the conclusion of these contracts demonstrates the stability and strategic importance of Oil Terminal in the Romanian energy industry.

With solid partnerships and a well-positioned infrastructure in the Port of Constanta, the company maintains its leading role in the shipping and storage of petroleum products.
