The Operation and Maintenance (O&M) service offers much more than just panel cleaning. AJ offers customized solutions depending on the client’s expectations and we always do our best before reaching an agreement. If the simulation is not at a real scale, we discuss it with the client and explain that the project may experience some losses over time. It’s better to create a business plan that can realistically be followed, rather than just presenting numbers.
AJ offers 24/7 Control, staff on site, all spare parts needed in our O&M center from Otopeni. In a few hours we can solve all the technical problems that we might have. On a daily basis we analyze the performance and improve wherever necessary.
AJ will own and operate its own plants as well as those of third parties, such as investment funds.
Our goal is to provide asset management and warranty management, as well as control and monitoring, for both our own assets and those of others.
