TARGET Energy Solutions expands its business operations

TARGET Energy Solutions LLC announced on August 1 their operational expansion into the Americas market. The company has established an office in Houston to better serve its clients and partners in the Americas region.

2018 is proving to be an exciting year, with Digital Transformation gaining serious momentum in the upstream oil and gas industry, as customers demand cloud-based solutions to manage their ever-increasing volumes of complex upstream data at a more competitive price point.

With this in mind, TARGET is opening its first office in Houston. The company is actively recruiting experienced sales, business development and technical staff to join the team, to serve the current and new customer partners and to collaborate with their technology partners in Houston and in the wider region. TARGET plans to have a team of at least five permanent staff in Houston, by year-end and further staff to cover the wider region.

High on the Houston agenda is the expansion of the TARGET partnering program.

“The US shale market has a lot of potential for digital transformation. Our solutions are well suited for this and other upstream sectors, regulators, investors and operators, that are looking for growth opportunities in the downturn by leveraging cutting edge information technology,” Matthias Hartung, President – Digital Transformation said. “Our approach is to partner with clients and together achieve performance improvements for them. We do this through leveraging our deep expertise and highly configurable modular solutions, making better use of their data and transforming their processes to become more efficient, thinking with them from the desired business outcome backward.”

TARGET is an international technology and services company focused on delivering digital transformation solutions to data-driven industries. Through its 2014 acquisition of FUSE IM – a UK-based technology development company focused on bringing ground-breaking online information management solutions to market – the company invested in the development of a pioneering, cloud-based, data management and workflow platform to deliver new, fully web-enabled solutions to clients.

The expanding business revolves around enabling Digital Transformation (DX) to drive growth and value creation in the clients’ businesses. The MEERA DX Platform is based on open cloud computing technologies, and is the foundation for TARGET’s ‘Digital Energy Cloud’ which offers clients access to data, people, tools and workflows to support their business processes.

Through the platform, TARGET is able to work with stakeholders including governments and regulators on a collaborative, long-term basis, providing online access to the technical skills, capabilities, tools, workflows and technologies they need to continue supporting their business processes and drive performance improvement in the digital era. The clients are able to deploy digital workflows to engage stakeholders and achieve their business objectives, ranging from strategy/policy development and implementation, through to regulatory compliance and performance monitoring for operations.
